Steve has over 25 years experience in the Information Technology field including 15 years specifically in the Call Centre and Collection industry. His experience includes prior positions as Vice President of Technology for a leading Canadian Collections firm and Software Development roles of increasing responsibility. His skills include managing software development projects, project management, client relationship building. Steve is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and therefore brings specialized knowledge of Information Security best practices to the position.
